About the Organization

The Castlegar Fire Department responds to fires, rescues, MVA/MVI incidents, first responder medical calls, and all other emergency situations. Their mission is to protect the quality of life for present and future generations of Castlegar through interaction within their community, compassionate and professional service, and an atmosphere that encourages innovation, professionalism, equality, and diversity.
